  • International shipping: The shopping cart usually calculates international shipping costs higher than the actual costs. Go ahead and place the online order. After you place your order through the full Checkout process, you will first receive an order confirmation e-mail. After we review your order and calculate the actual shipping, you will receive an e-mail to tell you the shipping options/costs.

    If acceptable, let us know and we will edit the order's shipping amount to be the amount you approved.

    If the shipping costs are not acceptable, please just notify us and request that we cancel your order. We will be happy to do so.

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. The custom form will reflect the actual price you paid for the items only and will not include any shipping, tax, etc. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.   • If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, please contact In The Niche within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price of the product less shipping and less a 20% restocking fee.

    There are no returns on cut fabric, yardage or fabric bundles. Due to copyright laws, there are no returns on books, patterns or magazines.
