This book includes projects that remind us of those times gone by when scraps were used for a purpose. Some of the projects in the book were inspired by old quilts, such as The Chains of Time quilt and the Strips of Time quilt, while others just have that old feel to them. The hooked rugs are a great connection to a time when rugs needed to be made by hand instead of just purchased at the local store. The picnic quilt is really scrappy. Fifteen projects in all.
